What it does not do
A bench is a sentence. You still have to bench them.
Baseline stores notes on your client. It does not kick, master-loot, or read bags. The flask tick is yours. Another officer sees the lock only if you paste the slash lines. Drift marks describe what the room is doing. They do not take a target, and they are not a score on a person.
/baseline send is the only chat this addon writes, and only in the channel you set. The default is self, which prints and does not send. Raid warning needs lead or assist. If you are not, nothing goes out, and the addon says so. Ignition stores an API key on this client and still does not call out. Forever addons have no socket.
Install
Five steps. Then paste the cell.

Download Baseline.zip and unzip it. You should have a folder named Baseline.

Place that folder in Interface/AddOns of your Forever install.

Fully restart the game. /reload is not enough for a newly copied addon.

At character select, enable Baseline. If it is greyed out, tick Load out of date AddOns.

Copy the slash lines from this desk and paste them in game. The addon starts empty on purpose.

Mark the switch. In game this refuses unless a key is already held. Nothing is sent either way.

Vanguard
The pull. Firsts, the farm after, the people who are in the lock.
Machine
Herbs, crafts, scouts, summons. Not a seat in raid voice to watch.
Syndicate
Honor, rated, named targets. A sheet, not a queue if you feel like it.
Loot law
Reserves beat everything
Written before the lockout. They do not move because someone wants to see it worn, unless that item was already on the short display list.

Things a named person asked to hold for a clip, written before the drop. Not everything pretty.
Standing beats feelings
Among people allowed to want the leftover, the one who raided and also fed the treasury beats the one who only raided. A chat donation is not a seat.
Trials do not roll on core pieces
A recruit on the lock is a reading, not a suggestion. Offspec waits until mainspec is closed, and never against a reserve.

E X E M P L A R is a World of Warcraft guild built on the architecture of the Exemplar Rubicon. We treat play as a place to practice looking at what is actually happening. Sovereignty is the ability to face the situation long enough to get the next piece of information. When body, intent, and action meet, we have zero. From there we measure drift and return faster than it. We hold both/and: competitive and cooperative, progress and enjoyment, individual skill and team execution. We do not turn losses into public law. We do not outsource accountability. We cross thresholds together — from trial to clear, from wipe to next pull, from old habits to the next baseline. This is not a religion. It is a method for organizing attention under pressure. Show up. Face the pull. Execute.

Rules
1. Face the situation. No narrative reconstruction of wipes, loot, or attendance. Name what happened. Then fix the next pull. 2. Body / Intent / Act. If you say you will be online, be online. If you cannot, say so with enough time that the team can adapt. Intent and execution must meet. 3. Both/And, not binary. Competitive and cooperative can coexist. Progress and enjoyment can coexist. Do not force every disagreement into a winner-take-all. 4. Sovereignty. Your performance is yours. Do not demand other people's private history or emotional labor as the price of a raid spot. Do not outsource your own accountability. 5. No Holy Cope. Do not turn a loss into public law. Do not mock a method that is working for someone else. Do not evangelize a grievance. 6. Return faster than drift. Wipes happen. Toxic spiral is optional. Officers will intervene if a person or the group stays in blame, irony, silence, or performative despair longer than the content requires. 7. Recruitment is a filter, not a club. Show up prepared, know your class, and be willing to look at the logs. That is the baseline. 8. Discord baseline. No spam, no harassment, no drama farming. Keep guild talk in guild channels. Voice is for the raid and social; don't leave people hanging in voice without saying you're AFK. Breaking these gets a warning. Repeated or severe breaks get a mute or kick. Officers decide. No public debate required.

Questions
Before you unzip
Does this kick, loot, or inspect bags?
No. Present prints a reading. Send posts the zero you wrote, and only when you type send. The consume tick is a mark you set. The addon does not read bags, master-loot, or remove anyone from the group.
Can the raid see the lock?
No. The lock lives in your SavedVariables. Another officer gets it when you paste the slash lines. There is no shared roster and no account.
What is the zero?
Body, intent, and act, all written. That is the only place a drift mark can be measured from. If any of the three is empty, the zero is open and send refuses.
What is a drift mark?
An officer note that the room is reconstructing a story, joking past the fact, saying one thing and doing another, or demanding someone's private history as the price of a seat. It is not a score on a person. The note can name what happened. The command does not take a target.
Why are there three wings?
Vanguard holds the pull. Machine holds herbs, crafts, and summons, and does not sit in raid voice to watch. Syndicate holds the PvP sheet. One name can be filed on one wing here. A second job is a second decision, not a default.
Does Baseline veil guilds or Skyborne?
No. That is Skyveil, a different addon. Baseline does not hide names, plates, or chat.
Can I put an API key in the addon?
Yes, in game, with /baseline ignite key, or the panel box. The key is plain text in your SavedVariables. This page never stores it, and the pasted cell never includes it. The addon still cannot open a socket, so a lit key does not call the model. Lighting it only means the parameters are armed on your client.
Where does the folder go?
Interface/AddOns of the Forever install. Reported folders include _classic_ and _classic_beta_. Restart the client. A /reload is not enough for a newly copied addon.
It is greyed out at character select.
Baseline.toc uses interface 16001, the number other Forever addons publish for client 1.60.1. That number was not read off a client in this build. Tick Load out of date AddOns if it stays grey.
Will this get me banned?
It stores notes and, only if you type send, posts a chat line you wrote. It does not automate combat, scan on a timer, or inject into other clients. Not affiliated with Blizzard.
